NHS Purchase Unit 1, Felstead Street, through Currell Commercial
Currell Commercial has helped our housing association clients, Family Mosaic, to find the perfect buyers for Unit 1, Felstead Street.
The unit, comprising 7847 sq ft (729 sq m) gross internal area, has been sold East London NHS Foundation Trust on a 125 year lease at £810,000, to include three car spaces.
Felstead Street is a new-build, mixed-use development located in Hackney Wick, close to the 2012 Olympics site in East London.
