Water Fun Centre, 2 Engaine Drive, Shenley, Milton Keynes, Northants, MK5 6JU, sold through Currell Chartered Surveyors
Currell Chartered Surveyors,on behalf of The Joint Administrative Receivers, Messrs John Dickinson and James Bradney of Bridge Business Recovery, have secured a freehold sale of the redevelopment site, approximately 3.31 Acres (1.34 hectares), formerly Water Fun Centre in Shenley, Milton Keynes.
The site was sold to Frontier Estates for the sum of £1.3 million.
